**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle Inbound and Outbound customer enquiries
- Convert leads into successful bookings through effective communication.
- Explain Buzzmeeh’s offerings clearly and confidently.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM tools regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service
- Confidence in cold calling and handling client objections
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities
- Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Must be a team player with a customer-first attitude.
