**Position Overview**: We are on the lookout for a proactive Sales Executive to join our vibrant team at Ansal Plaza, Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales through outbound calls, processing orders, recommending products, and resolving logistics issues. This role is pivotal in cultivating robust customer relationships and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Outreach**: Engage in outbound sales calls to potential and current customers to confirm orders and suggest suitable products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and update detailed sales data and customer records. Foster and strengthen customer relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- **Order Processing**: Place orders via our shipping portal and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- **Shipment Monitoring**: Oversee shipments and proactively handle any logístical challenges that may arise.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within an e-commerce or retail setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with a keen focus on building lasting relationships.
- Ability to thrive independently and as a part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is a valuable plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
