**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented **E-Commerce Executive** with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing digital team. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing our online sales strategy across multiple platforms, managing product listings, analyzing performance data, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across our digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product information, inventory availability, and pricing updates.
- Execute promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing and design teams.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and web analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage online customer reviews, Q&A, and customer service escalations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with performance marketing to align advertising efforts with e-commerce goals.
- Support SEO optimization for product and category pages.
- Manage Amazon FBA shipments
- Maximize ROI and improve visibility
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and/or D2C platforms (Shopify, etc).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
