Job Description (JD):
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Executive who can independently manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and our Shopify website — from order processing to shipment to payments reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product listing, updating content, and optimizing listings on all platforms.
- Processing online orders, managing packing, shipping, and dispatch.
- Handling shipment tracking, returns, and replacements.
- Managing stock and inventory across platforms; coordinating replenishment.
- Communicating with courier partners for pickups, delays, or issues.
- Checking order status daily and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Raising invoices, managing order packaging, and dispatch documentation.
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and service-related communications.
- Monitoring payment settlements (remittance reports) from Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Shopify.
- Reconciliation of payments and maintaining records of sales and returns.
- Preparing daily/weekly sales, dispatch, and stock reports for management.
- Coordinating with the marketing team (if any) for deals, discounts, and campaigns.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce backend operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Panel, and Shopify Admin.
- Good communication skills for customer handling and coordination.
- Problem-solving skills for logistics and return management.
- Ability to work independently.

Additional Information:
