**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and optimize order tracking and communication processes.
- **Content Management**:

- Create and update product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across the e-commerce platform.
- **Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, taking proactive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain effective customer support processes.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to execute online promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate on strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving online sales and user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.

**Preference Given -**
- Experience in e-commerce operations and management.
- Strong understanding of online marketing and sales strategies.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms and content management systems.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
