Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Management (Amazon & Flipkart):

- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content,

including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other

e-commerce platforms, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
- Implement strategies to improve product ranking and visibility, including sponsored ads

and promotional campaigns.
- Website Management:

- Manage and optimize product pages on the company website for a seamless shopping

experience.
- Coordinate with the web development team to ensure the website is updated with

current product information, promotions, and relevant content.
- Work with the SEO team to implement on-site SEO strategies to increase organic traffic

and improve product discoverability.

Inventory & Order Management:

- Monitor inventory levels across all platforms to ensure stock availability and avoid overstock or

stockouts.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve

customer issues.

Customer Experience & Feedback:

- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback across Amazon, Flipkart, and the

website, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address any issues or complaints related to the online shopping experience, and work towards

enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and/or company

websites.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies, including product listings, SEO, and online

advertising (PPC, Sponsored Products).
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other

e-commerce management platforms.
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central reports, etc.) to track

and improve performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
