Job Description: E-commerce Specialist for FMCG Brand

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our FMCG brand's growing online team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's digital presence, optimizing online sales channels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize the brand's presence across various e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

Monitor product listings, ensuring accurate product information, compelling visuals, and engaging content to drive conversions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.

Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights to improve sales and maximize revenue.

Identify and implement strategies to boost online visibility, traffic, and customer engagement.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews, queries, and complaints to maintain positive brand perception and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the market.

Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners and platforms to leverage collaborative opportunities.

Proactively identify potential issues in the e-commerce process and propose solutions for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

A passion for the digital landscape and staying updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
