We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive** to join our growing STAAH team. The role is non-technical but requires a good understanding of using technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth setup of STAAH services.
- Act as the **first point of contact** for all customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Partner Services and Sales team within India to resolve client needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell STAAH products to existing customers.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain accurate records.
- Provide solutions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Fresher. Experience in **customer service, client servicing, or customer support** roles.
- Good command over **English (verbal & written)** will be an added advantage
- Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills**.
- Positive attitude with a strong **drive to learn and grow**.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
