
Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding new clients that have signed up to use our services and retaining old clients.
- Be the first point of contact for customers.
- Liaise with our Partner Services & sales team within India.
- Upsell our products to existing clients.
- Non-Technical position (STAAH Channel Management and handling).
- Should tactfully handle all client queries related to OTA's
**Qualifications**:
- Graduates with a minimum of 1-year experience in the similar role.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
**Salary**: ₹10,401.64 - ₹25,231.04 per month
