About the role:
Your key deliverables are to:

- Driving online sales
- Online customer support, handling customer queries, complaints & requests.
- Maintaining CRM
- Onboarding OTAs
- Tie ups with travel and event companies
- Influencer marketing
- Handling social media interactions

Key Skills:

- Experience in handling OTAs
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Problem solving skills You must have:

- Graduation preferably in Travel and Tourism/ Hospitality.
- 2-5 years’ experience in customer relations preferably in from front office or travel agency.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

- Panaji, North Goa - 403001, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
