**Job Description:
- **
1. Attending customers and franchisees calls.
2. To get the approval for all the customized orders from the Icing department and conveying the same to franchisees.
3. To maintain franchisee complaints and problem log book.
4. To attend to all the order related queries and to solve Problems and grievances of franchisees.
5. Handling of OMS system. (Order Management system)
6. Co-Ordinating with all the departments and to monitor all the special orders.
7. To prepare the production variance report.
**Skills**: Excellent Communication Skills, Basic Computer Skills.
**No. Of Off Days **:1 per Week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
