Job Title: Operations Executive

Department: Documentation/Customer Support/live Chat

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday - Sunday Off)

Shift(Rotational):
Shift 1: 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Shift 2: 10:30am to 7:30pm
Other Shift: 1pm to 10pm, 2pm to 11pm, 3pm to 12am, 4:pm to 1am, 5pm to 2am

(Shifts will change on a monthly basis and there will be night allowances provided for employees working night shift)

9:00AM to 6:00PM (During training)

(Only drop facility provided after 7PM)

**Salary**: 19,000 CTC (Freshers) & 21,000 CTC (Experienced)

Training Period: 30 Days with a stipend of Rs. 10,000/
- Work Experience:
Freshers

Experience in Operations, Backend Process, Documentation

Skill Set:
Excellent English Communication is a must (Written and Verbal).

Good Analytical skills also preferred.

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Panjim, North Goa. The Operations Executive (Documentation) will be responsible for managing backend operations for our clients' customers. They will need to file contracts and audit them in a timely and effective manner. The Operations Executive will work closely with superiors to understand their business processes and ensure that contracts are addressed in accordance with the clients' policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Prior experience in a Operations role, preferably in a contact loading.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Familiarity with documentation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues

Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
