We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Support & Sales Executive** to join our 24x7 team. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, providing app support, and making outbound calls for sales and onboarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery while driving user engagement and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential leads, follow-ups, or onboarding assistance
- Guide users in using our apps and resolve any technical or usability issues
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, sales) to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Provide a consistent and empathetic customer experience across all touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales (tech or app-based products preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts and fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, or call center systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
