**Role Overview**

As a **Customer Support and Sales Executive Intern**, you will be on the front lines of communication, acting as a bridge between Manaspurti and its users. You will support inbound and outbound communications, learn the art of ethical sales, and ensure a seamless, purpose-aligned customer experience. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about people, purpose, and progress.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in gathering feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Support internal sales efforts through lead follow-ups, explaining product offerings, and setting up demos or meetings.
- Help maintain and improve CRM data by documenting interactions and updating records.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and contribute to user experience insights.
- Uphold and communicate the values and mission of Manaspurti Technologies in all interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written).
- Passionate about purpose-driven work and empathetic to customer needs.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about customer relationship management and ethical sales practices.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or communications (even in college clubs or voluntary orgs) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Konkani, or Telugu is a bonus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
