**Position Description**

As Admin/Accounts Coordinator you will be in charge of the Trust’s accounting, admin and compliance responsibilities. In your role, ensuring that all tasks are completed within a timely manner, data is available, accessible and updated and filed at all times.

**Responsibilities**

Follow all finance, accounts and compliance processes as set by the organisation.

Miantian a compliance calendar. Ensuring all reporting data is available at all times in an accurate summary manner and reporting it to the CEO/Trustees in a timely manner.

**Budget -**Work on any program budgets required. File the CC’s budget on time.

**Banking** -All banking processes are as required by the organisation, necessary documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner. All bank related data is updated and available at all times. Be aware and follow up of any statutory payments or compliance.

**Donor Reporting** - Ensure the donor data is updated at all times and accurately maintained. Donor follow-up and due diligence compliance is done within a week in a timely manner.

**Salary & Reimbursements -**Follow the system set by the organisation, ensure necessary documents are organized in the soft copy folder and hard copies are filed & maintained. Ensure timely payments for all requirements.

**Other Statutory Payments** EPF/ESIC/TDS/PT- Follow the system set by the organisation, ensure necessary documents are filed & maintained. Ensure timely payments for all mandatory requirements. Coordinating for any statutory audits /processes with regard to the above.

**Organisation Accounts & Payment**- Hold operative responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other payments for all financial statute.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
