Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Admin to support the Sales Administration department. The role involves managing field staff processes, salary and incentive administration, employee coordination, and welfare activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain attendance for field staff in relation to salary processing.
  • Create and update Employee Master and Sanforce Master records for field staff.
  • Update compensation structures and CTC details in the salary portal.
  • Prepare salary slips and ensure disbursement to all concerned by the 15th of every month.
  • Coordinate issuance of joining kits, appointment letters, and creation of Email IDs and Mobile App IDs for new staff.
  • Track resignations, send separation communication, and process exit interviews and F&F settlements.
  • Maintain data of joining, resigned, and left employees with proper documentation.
  • Handle grievances of field employees and report daily updates.
  • Update doctors list in Sanforce and prepare MIS reports as per management requirement.
  • Arrange field staff meetings, compute costing, and take approvals from Sales Admin Manager.
  • Support quarterly reward and incentive preparation for field employees.
  • Coordinate with accounts for disbursement, expenses, deductions, and settlements.
  • Assist in any other administrative or operational work as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in Sales Admin / HR / Office Administration (Freshers with good skills may apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/HRMS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for employee coordination.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
