We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Business Development Executive (IT Sales)** to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities through **cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and client engagement strategies**. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients in international/domestic markets and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Pitch IT services and solutions effectively to prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to deliver client requirements successfully.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in **IT sales / lead generation / business development**.
- Strong expertise in **LinkedIn Sales Navigator & cold calling**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the IT sales domain.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
