**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Voice Support)
**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-Site | Day Shift (9 Hours)
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our customer service team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers, resolve their queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory support experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with customers over phone calls in clear and fluent English.
- Understand customer concerns, answer queries, and provide accurate information or resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customer issues.
- Ensure prompt and efficient handling of each call.
- Accurately document call details and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams if needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent spoken English with no grammatical errors or mother tongue influence.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer queries patiently.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Should be open to working a 9-hour day shift.
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Prior experience in voice-based customer service is a plus.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
**Compensation**:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and communication skills.
