**Salary**: 40k

**Required Skills**:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by understanding the customer’s problem, determining the cause, and providing the best solution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up to ensure that customer issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and international regulations.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in an international process.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle international customers professionally and calmly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., CRM systems) and MS Office tools.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and handle different time zones.
- Previous experience working in an international call center or BPO.
- Familiarity with global customer service standards and practices.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,834.75 - ₹32,220.42 per month
