Job Overview:
Carnot Technologies, a leading Agri-Tech company, is looking for Customer Support Executives to connect with existing customers and encourage them to recharge their subscriptions. The role involves customer interaction in Marathi Hindi, and English

Key Responsibilities:

- Call existing customers and assist them with subscription renewals.
- Provide accurate information about services and benefits.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for customer outreach.

**Requirements**:

- Languages: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, English.
- Experience: At least 6 months in a customer service or telecalling role.
- Skills: Good communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
