We are hiring Customer Care Executive
Location: - Mulund West, MUMBAI - **400080**
Role Summary:
- We are hiring Customer Care Executives who can resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and be able to maintain a healthy relationship with existing and new customers of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
- You will be responding to the incidents / issues reported by customer through voice Interaction and through E-mail, Web tickets & remote support.
- You will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
- Coordinate with branch sales team for lead conversion Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office
- Follow up with customer for timely interest collection
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements and skills:
- Experience as a Customer Support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Min 1 to 2 years
Educational background:
- Education: +2/Intermediate/ Any Graduate
Key Skills:
- Customer Service, Solving Queries, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
