Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from parents and address their queries in a professional manner.
- Actively listen and provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Ensure accountability for the quality and completion of assigned tasks.
- Proactively resolve issues rather than waiting for instructions.
- Maintain a positive, polite, and empathetic communication style.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English compulsory).
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand and empathize with parents.
- Prior experience in customer care or similar roles preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
