**Responsibilities**
- Attending to guests and Clients at the reception area.
- Organize the things and keep the front desk clean and tidy.
- Ensure all the necessary stationery and the necessary forms are available.
- Note customer complaints and answer their queries.
- Explain the company’s policies and procedures to the customers.
- Attend calls and messages and redirect them to the respective departments when needed.
- Receive and forward mails and official documents to the concerned officials.
- Schedule meetings and conferences of the clients with higher management.
- Maintaining Attendance Register, Leave Register and managing leave records in software.
- Keep the record of the inventory and other files updated.
- Manage works such as bookings, reservations, etc.
- Maintaining personnel files and employees records.
- Managing Online ticketing, Hotel Bookings and other related work concerned with the travel and stay of the officials of the organization and other secretarial work.
- Providing secretarial support in other general administration.
- To plan recruitment of new staff with the management and make necessary arrangements for recruitment of new staff.
- To accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures and also to address Employees’ grievances.
- To prepare a Training Plan and provide training for employees in terms of the said Plan and ensuring awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization through meetings, displays and training for developing personal growth opportunities and also maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- To ensure all the statutory compliances relating to employees is complete.
- To Plan, organize and administer the activities of the office, or any division of the Company as required by the management, efficiently.
- To Establish and maintain an organizational climate that encourages the development, retention, and a high level of morale among personnel.
- Keeping the Management informed of activities of the unit, particularly of major or unusual developments and providing information and reports to the Management as and when required.
- Promoting an integrated effort in the administration by co-operating with other staff members and coordinating her activities with theirs when such action is indicated.
- Negotiating price, quality and delivery while providing supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
- To Liaison with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, government agencies.
- To complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in working as front desk, administration or HR will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of computers is mandatory.
- Excellent bookkeeping ability.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
