**Backend Sales Coordinator / Sales Support**

Location : Mumbai | New Delhi | Ahmedabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Pune | Hyderabad | Guwahati | Noida | Ludhiana

**Accountability**:

- 1. Attend Calls From Customers/PoSP’s And Deal With Their Queries And Requirements 2.Gather Sales Information And Put It Into An Easily Readable Format 3. Follow Up With Customer/PoSP’s To Make Sure That They Are Satisfied With A Particular Product 4. Makes Sure That Sales Persons Are On Track With Sales Goals 5. Provide Necessary Data Or Report To The Sales Team 6. Schedule Appointments With Clients /PoSP’s And Sales Team 7. Managing Reports, Supporting The Sales Team In The Pre And Post Sales Process.

**Key Skills**:

- Good Communication Skills, Policy Issuance, Providing Quotation. Product Knowledge - Life, Health, Motor, Non Motor Insurance
