Backend Operations Coordinator

Job Summary We re seeking an experienced Backend Operations Coordinator with a strong sales background to join our team The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills excellent coordination abilities and a proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment Key Responsibilities 1 Manage and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track sales performance inventory and operational metrics 2 Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and logistics to ensure seamless operations 3 Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions 4 Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity 5 Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction 6 Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required Requirements 1 3 years of experience in a sales-driven environment preferably in operations or coordination role 2 Excellent Excel skills including data analysis pivot tables and chart creation 3 Proven coordination and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 4 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and inform business decisions 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross- functional teams 6 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities What We Offer 1 Competitive salary and benefits package 2 Professional development and growth opportunities 3 Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
