Job Description: International Blended Telecom Process

**Position**: Customer Support Associate

**Process**: International Blended Telecom

**Location**: Noida

**Eligibility**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO in International Chat process.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with telecom processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of the telecom process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to telecom services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Work Schedule**:

- 5 days working with rotational shifts.
