We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice) to join our team and assist in resolving customer inquiries with technical efficiency and a problem-solving mindset.
**Role Overview**:
The Customer Support Executive will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions across multiple channels (voice and non-voice), ensuring timely resolutions, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical acumen, particularly in the SaaS domain, and the ability to multitask while managing stakeholder communication across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges, particularly related to SaaS platforms.
- Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of customer support solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, ensuring all relevant details and resolutions are accurately recorded.
- Engage with customers effectively, providing end-to-end resolution for queries, from initial engagement to issue resolution or escalation.
- Ensure prompt and courteous responses to all customer inquiries while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
**Key Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Technical proficiency with SaaS products and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries from start to finish with a focus on providing high-quality support.
