Oversee all administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, facility management, and documentation control.
- Ensure smooth operations of all administrative activities across project sites and head office.
- Maintain effective systems for record keeping, file management, and compliance tracking.
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, MoUs, lease deeds, and other legal documents relevant to real estate projects.
- Liaise with legal consultants and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
- Support the management in negotiations by providing accurate documentation and inputs.
- Manage property-related documentation including title deeds, sale agreements, registration papers, and RERA-related compliance records.
- Coordinate with government authorities, lawyers, and consultants for approvals, permits, and NOCs.
- Ensure timely execution of all legal and administrative requirements of real estate projects.
- Handle correspondence, official communications, and document authentication.
- Monitor and manage office assets, vendor contracts, and service providers.
- Provide administrative support to management for meetings, agreements, and official records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
