**Online Sales / Social Media Marketing Executive**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Understanding of all online portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
- Listing & Catalogue Management different online portals (Individual and bulk Listing).
- Monitor the competitor pricing and listing new products.
- Returns Management and Claim of our products.
- Inventory Management along with Stock existence updating on frequent basis.
- Ensure great customer experience on our listings.
- Assisting management in decision making to best of your knowledge to promote our company.
- Single point of Contact for all requirement of the client.
- Experience of promoting to target audience on social media platform like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company's products and services.
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
- Increasing Social Media fan following across all platforms and identify the upcoming digital hangouts.
- Generate new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation contents etc.
- Planning and execution of paid campaigns across different social media platforms.

- Must have a go-getter attitude and should be aware of various social media trends
- Good Creative Skills.
- Should have great client servicing skills
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English (mandatory)

**Qualification / Experience**:
- Diploma / Graduate from reputed institute.
- 3 to 10 years of Experience in Online Sales / Social Media Marketing Platform.
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
