**Full Job Description**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to incoming queries about our products, engage with the customer, and convert the leads to Sales
- Monitor WhatsApp, YouTube channels, videos, Instagram posts for comments/enquiries and convert them to leads
- Respond to after sales enquiries

**REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS**:

- Need to deal with customers from rural TN to NRI customers
- Should be proficient in using online tools(WhatsApp, Instagram, Video Calling).
- Must be proficient in English, Tamil
- Telugu(nice to have)
- Hindi(nice to have)

**SALARY**: 18K per month (as the base)

**Incentives**:There will be a commission for every sale made based on the sale price. An average performer should expect about Rs.25,000 a month and there is potential to earn up to Rs.45,000 a month with stellar performance

**Work-from-office** **only**. Office location at ECR, Kottivakkam. Saturday and Sunday is working. Monday is holiday.
