With a standalone store located in Arumbakkam, Chennai, we offer a unique experience for fragrance lovers to explore, create, and purchase scents that resonate personally.
Beyond our physical presence, we serve customers across India through our digital channels Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website , ensuring that everyone can discover their signature scent with ease.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, ensuring excellent customer service, developing and implementing online marketing strategies, and supporting customers through their purchasing journey. The role involves daily interaction with customers to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and support mindset with a passion for helping people
- Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Genuine passion for sales, ecommerce, and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of online marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) is a plus
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or ecommerce is a bonus but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable but not compulsory
