**Position Overview**:
Online Sales Representative responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling products to existing and prospective customers. Achieve sales targets by establishing positive customer relationships, conducting needs analysis, and coordinating sales efforts with team members. Monitor market trends, prioritize customer satisfaction, and deliver tailored presentations to meet customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

**Qualifications**
- 1-year experience as an online sales representative or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of professionalism and customer focus.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs
