**Role Description: Junior Sales Representative**

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team and help drive company growth by selling our **Online IT Full Stack Development Course** to prospective customers, including college students and working professionals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Junior Sales Representative will work on cold calling prospects from a provided pool of organic leads, aiming to meet sales targets set by the team lead. The role involves reporting daily progress and adapting to flexible working hours in line with company needs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling prospective customers, including college students and working professionals.
- Working with organic leads provided by the company.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per team lead and company requirements.
- Collaborating closely with the team lead for day-to-day tracking and performance reviews.
- Adapting to flexible shifts to accommodate customer availability.
- Six-day workweek with one day off.
- Driving sales through excellent convincing power and closing the deal skills, contributing to overall company growth.
- Eligibility for performance-based incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the edtech industry.
- Experience in sales targeting college students and working professionals.
- Fluency in both Tamil and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent convincing power and closing the deal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong adaptability to change.
- Knowledge of IT courses and the technology sector is a plus.
