In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching services, and building long-term relationships with clients across industries. You will play a key role in positioning our agency as the go-to partner for creative, strategic, and result-driven digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital marketing (social media management, SEO, performance marketing, branding, web design).- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach.- Pitch our agency services to prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare custom proposals and presentations.- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide market insights to management. - Travel across Chennai for client meetings, presentations, and relationship building.- Attend conferences, networking events, and industry meetups to represent and pitch agency services.- Track pipeline, prepare reports, and provide market insights to the leadership team.- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables. Skills Required- 0–6 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in a digital marketing/advertising/IT services agency).- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, web development).- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn prospecting.- Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable to a fast-paced agency environment.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.About CubicDesignzCubicDesignz is a full-service Creative marketing agency helping brands grow through bold ideas, innovative campaigns, and strategic execution.
