**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase enrollment and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with school administrators to identify target markets and create tailored marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Coordinate admissions events, open houses, and campus tours to showcase the school's facilities and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational partners to enhance the school's visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in marketing and education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
