We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales department. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in sales and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:

- Identify potential customers through research and cold calling.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce our products/services.
- Sales Target Achievement:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management on product improvements and new market opportunities.
- Reporting:

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
