**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Experience: 2-5 YEARS Experience in Marketing**

The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in driving sales growth and promoting the company's products or services. This position involves executing sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule sales appointments or product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, addressing any objections or concerns raised by customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service role, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and prospects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, such as lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
