- Use engaging and interactive training techniques to facilitate learning and retention of information.
**Performance Assessment**:
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and monitoring.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and suggest areas for improvement.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
- Work closely with HR and management to address performance gaps and develop career advancement training programs.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and employee progress to management.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of insurance products, stock broking processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees and adapt training methods to various learning styles.
- Proficient in using training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
