- 25,000-40,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, particularly in selling plots.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Eligibility:

- Only Male applicants are required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

Profile Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for plots.
- Identify and cultivate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any client concerns or inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
