**What You Will Do**:
- Process 60-100 inbound calls per day
- Manage limited QA outbound calls, depending upon volume
- Handle all calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain working knowledge of products, accounts, Ecolab representatives, tools and dispensing systems
- Complete calls on screen accurately while speaking with customers
- Process orders, literature requests, and applies information to our customers
- Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser system issues
**Position Details**:
- This position is located in (CITY, STATE). The working hours for this position are (00:00-00:00), with the ability to work weekends.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Windows and Customer Service software
- Ability to type 55 words per minute
- Prior experience utilizing a multi-line telephone system
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in process
- Knowledge of Clientele, or similar software
- Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly dependable
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
