**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Monitor and process customer orders on the platform.
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve any issues related to delayed or incorrect deliveries.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide quick resolutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure all vendors comply with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including order logs, customer interactions, and vendor performance.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align operations with business goals.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and special events.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to management.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in business operations, customer service, or supply chain management is a plus.
