Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with new customers, partners, and vendors across India.
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, hotels, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and online lead generation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
