**Role Purpose**:
As an HRIS Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR technology, offering hands-on experience in system administration, data management, and HR process support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Support & Maintenance**
- Assist in maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
- Support user account creation, role assignments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Help monitor system performance and escalate technical issues as needed.
**Data Entry & Integrity**
- Input and update employee data in the HRIS with a high level of accuracy.
- Conduct routine data audits and support data cleansing activities.
- Assist in maintaining organizational structures and reporting lines.
**Reporting & Documentation**
- Generate standard HR reports and assist with ad-hoc data requests.
- Help document system processes, user guides, and training materials.
**User Support & Training**
- Provide first-line support to HR and employees on system-related queries.
- Participate in user training sessions and help promote system adoption.
**Learning & Development**
- Gain exposure to HRIS configuration, workflows, and business rules.
- Participate in system enhancement projects and testing activities.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices.
**Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in HR systems and data management.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
- Highest commitment to data confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and diligence when completing activities
- Learning agility to take on new tasks and activities quickly and accurately
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Internship or coursework involving HR systems or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR platforms or enterprise software.
- Willingness to pursue SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
