Position: Executive - HRIS

Immediate Manager: Assistant Manager-HRIS

Position location: Mumbai, NESCO

Role Summary:

The position will primarily be responsible for day-to-day customer service operation of Sodexos Human Resources systems through email The incumbent will document and track internal and external interactions as well as escalate system issues to appropriate stakeholders. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing post-go-live support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP SF module issues.
  • Maintain HR records including organization units, positions, reporting structure and job changes in line with audit requirements, ensuring both manual and electronic employees' records are up to date and within agreed shared service timelines
  • Maintenance of organizational structure in line with requirements and within a timely manner
  • Manage HR Systems content on SodexoNet and Sharepoint
  • Ensure organization charts are accurately maintained
  • Execute administration tasks with HR systems
  • Contribute to data maintenance and analysis ensuring the update of HR Systems including SAP HCM and associated systems
  • Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and user assignments.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support with a focus on rapid incident resolution.
  • SOP / Technical process KBA created.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Graduates or equivalent
  • Strong computer knowledge and navigation with solid data entry skills
  • Ability to handle high volume customer inquiries; case management experience preferred in SAP
  • Excellent customer service
  • Solid communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient in Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP required)
  • Ability to download reports

Qualifications and Experience:

Education

  • Business Administration (desirable)
  • HR Certification (desirable)

Experience

  • Technologically Savvy SAP, Service Provider Portals etc.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing SAP positions, organization structure and query management
  • Demonstrated experience working in a changing/ evolving environment which requires flexibility to adapt.
  • Ability to review analytical data to inform progress, next steps.
  • Working within KPI/ SLA framework.
