Role & responsibilities

Onboarding & Induction:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Sales employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and necessary resources are provided.
  • Organize and conduct induction sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and the Sales department's objectives.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain the employee master records: track active, inactive staff; ensure data accuracy and timeliness of updates (joinings, exits, transfers, status changes).
  • Support organisational structure planning pan-India
  • Maintain trackers for attrition, headcount, status changes, help analyze trends.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Track monthly attendance; follow up late / missing entries; coordinate leave approvals & attendance regularization

HR Communications & Letters

  • Coordination with Central HR Team for issue letters related to transfers, promotions, redesignations, etc.; maintain templates; ensure consistency & timely updation.
  • Assist HRBP to monitor employee progress at key milestones30, 60, and 90 daysto ensure timely completion of probationary periods & confirmation decision.

Stakeholder Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with departments such as Finance, IT, Central HR Team, Reporting Managers for smooth execution of HR operations;
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries, ensuring timely acknowledgment and documentation.

System Mapping & HR Systems Support

  • Map out current employee systems (HRIS, attendance, leave system, payroll interfaces etc.), identify gaps, ensure proper integration / data flow; maintain HRIS & Sales Tools and ensure accurate configuration for processes like joinings, exits, status changes.

Exit Management

  • Manage the full & final (F&F) process: ensure clearance from all departments, recoveries, paperwork, and finalize payments on schedule.
  • Coordinate the collection of company-issued assets, such as SIM cards, NDC, from employees during the exit process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR operations or generalist role
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and maintaining employee master data.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word), HR software tools or attendance tracking tools.
