The position will primarily be responsible for day-to-day customer service operation of Sodexos Human Resources systems through email The incumbent will document and track internal and external interactions as well as escalate system issues to appropriate stakeholders. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Must have a strong background in Learning Management Systems (LMS) with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors LMS Administration.
  • Experience in providing customer support for HR and LMS systems, including responding to end-user inquiries and escalating issues to Tier 2 (internal & external) for resolution.
  • Ability to act as an escalation point for end-user questions received from Tier 0 call centers.
  • Skilled in program administration within HR systems, including system data entry to support account management (e.g., training logistics, system set-up, job audits, etc.).
  • Proficient in case management related to HR and LMS systems.
  • Experience in handling LMS-related inquiries from stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Knowledge of content upload, training requests, and course assignment within SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Strong understanding of LMS administration processes, including user management, reporting, and compliance tracking.
