**Job Purpose**

To support the preparation, monitoring, and control of project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with approved financial plans for interior fit-out projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Budget Preparation & Management**
- Assist in preparing detailed project budgets based on BOQs, drawings, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to ensure accurate budget allocation.
- Maintain records of budget revisions and approvals.

**2. Cost Monitoring & Control**
- Track project expenditures against the approved budget.
- Maintain cost reports and highlight variances for corrective actions.
- Assist in forecasting final project costs and ensuring financial discipline.

**3. Vendor & Procurement Coordination**
- Coordinate with the procurement team for vendor quotations and cost comparisons.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and budget allocations before approval.
- Maintain cost data for materials, subcontractors, and services.

**4. Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare monthly cost control and budget status reports.
- Maintain a database of historical costs for future budgeting references.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management and clients as required.

**5. Compliance & Process Adherence**
- Ensure that all cost-related activities comply with company policies and project contractual terms.
- Support audits by providing cost and budget documentation.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial tracking in construction/interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP/Cost Management software.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in cost control and budgeting, preferably in an interior fit-out or construction environment.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, material costing, and project budgeting processes.

Pay: ₹544,835.47 - ₹1,862,226.56 per year
