**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Develop creative design concepts for corporate office interiors based on client requirements, brand identity, and functionality.
- **Space Planning & Layouts**: Optimize workspace efficiency and aesthetics while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- **Material & Finish Selection**: Recommend appropriate materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the project’s vision and budget.
- **3D Visualization & Presentations**: Create high-quality 3D renderings, mood boards, and presentations for client approvals.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- **Site Supervision**: Monitor on-site execution to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- **Budget & Timeline Management**: Maintain cost control measures while ensuring timely project completion.
- **Client Communication**: Understand client needs, present design ideas effectively, and incorporate feedback into final designs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-10 years of experience in commercial interior design, particularly in corporate office projects.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of workplace ergonomics, modular office furniture, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with **interior fit-out firms** or **corporate office design consultancies**.
- Understanding of **green building standards** and **modern workplace trends**.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹9,775.27 - ₹70,581.53 per month
