**Quantity Surveyor - Corporate Interior Fit-Out**

**Location**: Pune
**Company**: DSS Interiors Pvt. Ltd.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
- Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations.
- Conduct cost analysis and manage project expenditures.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare and certify running & final bills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Interior/Construction Management.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, billing, and contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and costing software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
