Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- **CRM System Management**:
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system tailored to the transportation industry.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the CRM database.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues.
- **Customer Data Management**:
- Develop and execute strategies for collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer data to enhance overall business intelligence.
- Implement data quality processes to cleanse and validate customer information regularly.
- **Integration and Automation**:
- Integrate the CRM system with other relevant systems, such as fleet management and logistics platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process automation within the CRM system to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- **User Training and Support**:
- Conduct training sessions for employees on CRM system usage and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Generate regular reports on key CRM metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- **Collaboration with Departments**:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure a unified approach to customer relationship management.
- **Customization and Upgrades**:
- Keep abreast of CRM system updates and new features, evaluating their potential impact on business processes.
- Recommend and implement system customizations or upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
- **Payment Follow-ups with customers.**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM system administration, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant CRM software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,911.00 per month
